"The actual flat was quite nice. The communication with the property owner before my stay was very difficult. To the extent that I wasn't convinced there was actually a place for me to stay until I was inside. Fortunately, it was a real place, in the location I needed, and turned out to be very clean and comfortable."

"A great property. Nice system for check in & excellent support from City Relay team. Few suggestions Wall hangings to be properly set. Garbage place is dirty as other flat occupants A & B did not maintain a proper disposal. Heater is not working on water heater mode. "

"Decent stay. Feels safe as you need to scan a keycard to enter the building and use the elevator. A bit noisy since it’s right on the Westway. Hot in the summer because there’s no AC or fan provided. Amenities include a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, and freezer, as well as a pot, pan, a few plates/glasses/bowls, but no cutlery or anything. You can feel the literal springs through the mattress which was extremely uncomfortable. On the bright side there’s a gym included (free) and a laundromat...

"The place is generally clean and the staff friendly. The presence of a washing machine and an additional fan upon request are two pluses. My room albeit on the ground floor has its small single window facing a wall only. The bathroom facilities tend to be a little too basic."
