"房間寬敞舒適，稍為不足的是湖景被遮擋。 旅館員工的英語不算流利，但態度很親切和友善。 早餐及晚餐非常豐富，看得出很用心準備，不過晚餐實在吃得太飽，如能減少碟數更佳。 雖然房間有獨立浴室，但我還是喜歡去公共溫泉浴池，冬天去的話，沒有太多人，令人很放鬆。"

"It’s hard to say what the most important thing is for a hotel stay. Is it 1) the property and room, 2) the food or 3) the staff? Well, it doesn’t matter with this property cause you’re winning on all 3. Quiet location at the end of summer/beginning of autumn, room size was good, room was clean, bed was fairly comfortable, bedding was great (the best pillows of the 8 hotels I’ve stayed in Japan).
