The property is in a great location- walking distance to the Senso-ji Temple complex, shops, food, conbinis, Sumida River and the Tokyo Skytree. Our room was snug but comfortable for a family of four. Good mattresses and pillows and good amenities. We would 100% stay here again.

Staff spoke very limited English! Very very hard to communicate with them! Some guests lived in the hotel. They had their Personal items hanging outsides of the door! Very tacky! Someone went through our luggage when we were out! No room service! Restaurants closed at 9:00 every night! Not happy with service at all!
