I had a very comfortable stay at the Sheraton Saigon. In fact it was two one-night stays, with a night in between spent in a different location. One night I received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which was excellent. A very clean and comfortable hotel, right in the centre of town. Walking to the Notre Dame church and post office took around 3 minutes, and maybe another 5 minutes walk to the market. All in all, a great hotel in a central location.

The lobby is beautiful and we found the location ideal. We used Grab taxis to go everywhere, They were very cheap. The staff are so helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet has an amazing selection of food. The pool was accessible, as the hotel catered for a lot of business men, it was never busy and adequate sunbeds. We were in the rainy season so never stayed by the pool all day, also off sightseeing. The only criticism is the room smelt a bit, the rest of the hotel has piped scent...

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, staff are so welcoming and can't do enough for you. Never experienced that level of service in any hotel I've stayed in. Staff were just amazing from reception, to cleaner, the bell boys were also amazing, my only slight criticism would be at breakfast, you have to order your eggs, that really should have been conveyed in advance so you don't fill your plate with food, then realise you have to wait 10 mins for your eggs.
