Stand out for this hotel were the staff. Helpful in all respects. Position of the hotel in a shopping centre seems strange at first, but to be honest the location was awesome in the middle of district 1, but also the options for eating and shopping.

Room was spacious. Staff was very helpful. Hotel was in a good location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The downside was that there were lots of shady looking bars nearby, which were not good for families with children.

This property inside a shopping mall, noisy and heavy traffic. Very limited if lights, room too dark. Room layout looked Modern, very nice ans comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast not too many option of food. Staffs overall very nice and friendly. If you stay at this location you will need expect delay taxi due to very busy location.

The hotel is great, room is clean and very well maintained, the only minor issue is that the hotel is inside Takashimaya and Saigon Centre with multiple exits, hence, it is quite confusing to locate drivers at the correct exit especially with the busy traffic. Got to be specific about Pasteur gate exit. We otherwise loved our stay,

Fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location—right in a busy shopping area but still peaceful inside. Clean, comfortable, great service and breakfast. The 2-bedroom was perfect for our family. We enjoyed it so much we booked again for our last night in HCMC. Will definitely stay again—highly recommend!

Great Pool & Gym

A very nice hotel with a great pool and even better gym. The central location was very walkable, despite HCMC being a rather large city. There were tons of shopping, dining & sightseeing options nearby.
