Amazing hotel, would stay again.

A nr perfect hotel. Lots of friendly staff which would always make the effort. Roof top pool is a nice touch and free take away drinks from the hotel lobby was an unexpected nice touch. Location is ideal nr local metro station and all the main shopping areas. Plus great for familles

Excellent stay, staff were incredibly responsive and very friendly. Rooms was very clean and modern with all the amenities you would need. Definitely would stay again. Breakfast was included and delicious with a wide range of options available. The top floor has free self-service available for use including dryer.

Great hotel. A bit crowded outside the street and almost always have traffic jam in the afternoon. The room is superb but tiny bit small for 3 person

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, staff are so welcoming and can't do enough for you. Never experienced that level of service in any hotel I've stayed in. Staff were just amazing from reception, to cleaner, the bell boys were also amazing, my only slight criticism would be at breakfast, you have to order your eggs, that really should have been conveyed in advance so you don't fill your plate with food, then realise you have to wait 10 mins for your eggs. Wonderful hotel. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. They kindly allowed me to check in early and even got a late check out. The room was beautifully decorated. Comfy bed. Great location too. I’ll definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel overlooking the river and just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. As soon as we arrived this hotel felt special - you can completely relax whilst you are there and it is a nice contrast to staying in District 1. I would imagine that some people might not like being so far away from the centre of things, and traffic can be a pain, but we felt it was more than worth it! The lobby is beautiful and we found the location ideal. We used Grab taxis to go everywhere, They were very cheap. The staff are so helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet has an amazing selection of food. The pool was accessible, as the hotel catered for a lot of business men, it was never busy and adequate sunbeds. We were in the rainy season so never stayed by the pool all day, also off sightseeing. The only criticism is the room smelt a bit, the rest of the hotel has piped scent...

The hotel is in a very central location - lots of places to eat, visit and walk to. The staff are so helpful and really took time and effort to make our stay special. We notified them that we were vegetarian and they made excellent very special breakfasts everyday. Special mentions to Nhu and Hanh for being so wonderful. Only negative is the pool is very small.
