"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was adequate and the shuttle to the airport was great."

"If I could leave negative stars, I would. The hotel looks like it was last renovated in the 1700s. Broken in the room: lights, AC control panel, bathroom door, showerhead, toilet seat, and possibly more. There was one(!!) towel, no trashcan, no washcloth, etc. The bed looked like someone just fluffed it without cleaning. The front desk is behind bulletproof glass. Wouldn't give me a refund. I ended up going to another hotel. Possibly the worst hotel I've ever been to. I can't say stayed at, because I didn't and nobody else should either."

"Hotel was a bit run down on outside. Definitely needed repair. Handicap door was locked at night. Husband went out and could not get in due to the card reader button to unlock door was broken and missing. Had to call me to let him in. Bedroom was in good condition. Slept very well. It was quiet and comfortable. Did not utilize breakfast amenities. "
