"The only complaint is that I don't think my bed was changed prior to my stay. We did not go to the beach when we arrived, but my bed had sand in it as did the floor. the sand was not from the floor because I wore slipper socks in the room and took them off before I went to bed. The issue was addressed quickly when I informed the Manager. There was dust and tissues etc behind the bed that was not ours. Considering that the hotel was only open 1 week prior, it was not deep cleaned while it was closed."

"After hours check-in was via phone & lock box. It was easy and the person on the phone was helpful and pleasant. The parking was tight. In the room, the flooring was new and the room darkening shades worked well. The AC didn't stay on, but the fan on the unit worked, keeping it cool enough. Comfortable bed and everything was clean. "

"Muy buena area cerca de diferentes lugares para comprar y comer. El hotel cuenta con buena area de estacionamientos. Area super tranquila. Cuenta con un restaurante en la planta baja del hotel."

"I was in town for business two different weeks with a co-worker. We both got rooms overlooking the Nascar Track and the Horse Track. Horses raced each night and it was awesome to enjoy watching them out of my window. Lobby is beautiful. front desk was very friendly and informative. Hotel and Casino and Restaurants were all upscale yet inviting."

"Hotel staff was impeccable. Very friendly and accomodating. Public transportation just a block away to take you to the riverfront. Chauncery Market right across the street from hotel where you had different food options and live entertainment after 6pm."

"Room was big and clean, all staff were friendly and helpful when we needed some. Was a beautiful weekend and it got full quick making parking a little more difficult, but always had a spot. Will definitely go back soon! "
