Sonestas Hotels are one of the best places I stayed. This time the hotel is going under renovation and haven't been told or notified; too much noise couldn't sleep and do my work as used to.

The heat didn't work in the bedroom but as soon as I reported it they took care of the issue. The Sonesta is one of the best hotels in Newark! I have stayed there over 50 times in the past 4 years.

My three day stay was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful. My only thing was the hot water was lukewarm and the fold out bed had no sheets on it. I had to go request bedding. I would stay again.
