"The day staff was amazing! Engaging and welcoming. One of the entrances wouldn't register my card to let me in, the other didn't need a card, we just walked in. Having to exchange our towels to get fresh ones was not a comfortable experience. The fire alarm and evacuation at 5 am the day of our event was unavoidable but still disturbing."

"Only one room was ready at 9 pm the second not til 10 pm. It was a real hardship with two elderly parents and two children to have to wait while the clean rooms to order. Not your typical Marriott stay at all and I am loyal to them. I will say the gentleman on the desk that night was trying his best to accommodate not only me but other guests. It’s a shame they do t set staff up for success with those conditions! I will not stay there again. "

"We missed breakfast. I couldn't believe that breakfast closed so early on a Sunday. Come on.....people want to sleep in late. Not cool at all. Parking was no problem. and yes the room was clean and stall were all great."

"Great staff especially at the Restaurant! Eileen and Maddie were amazing! Food and drinks at the restaurant was top-notch! Only complaint was the lack of amenities in the bathroom and there was no counterspace. Towels can also be upgraded given the hotel price."

"The hotel is clean and rooms were spacious. Problems during check in; rooms were not ready (still being cleaned). There was only one person assisting with check in, who had to keep checking to see if rooms were ready. She was very overwhelmed."

"The hotel was very nice. Our room was large and spacious. I really liked the layout of the room and felt the price was very reasonable. The info we received stated that housekeeping was not done on the weekends, which was fine. But I was expecting at least 1-2 times that our room would be refreshed during the week and it was not. We stayed Sat through Wed. Other than that, location was good. We would consider staying again."

"Horrible! I reserved my stay a month ahead. When I arrived i was told that the hotel was overbooked and they had no availability for me. Now imagine YOU coming of an 8+ hour road trip to be told that there is no availability. Please reconsider another hotel before considering Residence Inn @ the Marriot. - they do not value YOU! "
