"I had checked in for Two nights and left the next morning due to a family emergency and still had to pay for the second night even though I left way before regular check out time of 11am"

"The staff was awesome. The Hampton Inn's have definitely changed since I started staying at them years ago. Seemed as though they weren't as comfortable and well maintained. Lots of foot traffic here, could hear the people above you. The bathroom fan didn't work. The wall paper had started peeling from the bathroom wall. Seemed to had been a leak above the shower, had been repaired but could see the square that had been cut out and replaced. Looked like they had ran white duct tape along the corner of the shower wall to cover up damage from the leak. Room service is only every other day we were told. It was a place to stay while we were in Delaware for a funeral but probably wouldn't stay again."

"There’s black mold all over the windowsills and I even took pictures. The card keys don’t work so every time you need to go up in the elevator and every time you need to get in your room, you have to go to the front desk and physically have the person from the front desk. Let you up the elevator walk you down the hall and let you in your room every single time. The only good thing is that it provide provided breakfast."
