Friendly and helpful staff. After I checked in I noticed there were some mechanical issues in my room. They sent engineering immediately and ended up having to switch rooms. They assisted me with the switch and gave me a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. Very pleased with their prompt and professional response to this issue.
