Wonderful staff and good sized room for one or two persons compared to square footage prices in Manhattan. Using the nearby Path trains does add an hour to reach the WTC for those with a Manhattan focus. In easy reach of EWR New York Newark, the Ironbound neighborhood for Iberian and Brazilian specialties. Close to PSEG, Prudential NJPAC and Prudential Center. Great hotel stay with easy walkway to Newark Penn station

Receptionist was helpful

Really nice hotel with a pleasant roof terrace and great staff; the free coffee all day was a nice touch as were the free croissants first thing. Lots of interesting food options nearby - iconic dining at: The Roxy; Bubby’s and Katz Diner were all only a short walk away. There are good transport connections via the nearby subway station and it sits in a very friendly and safe neighbourhood on the border between Chinatown and Little Italy.

My daughter and I had a trip to New York for our big birthdays, hotel was very central close to port authority, walking distance to time square and many other areas. Hotel staff made our visit special for us and are very helpful , friendly , professional and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I would avoid 9th Avenue at night time as it didn’t feel very safe .
