We're glad to stay here in this hotel. The room is very spacious. Bed is very comfortable and clean. There are alot of dining options around the area and its within the Koreatown which is a plus for me.

The staff was really great. They let us check in early and kept our bags after we checked out since we had a late night flight. Housekeeping was really great and on top of everything. The hotel is in a really great part of town, where everything is easily accessible and walkable.

Great hotel, we had a lovely stay, room was awesome. Hoping to stay again and try the restaurant when its done being built. Only thing that irked us was we were overcharged a bit at the cafe (2 croissants, one cost more than the other for no reason)

The street had a lot of construction going on - it was hard to find the front of the hotel. The room was very small so not a lot of room to move around. Room wasn’t bad, just very small. The bed was also very squeaky.

I had a fabulous stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I felt like I was in a condo. The bathroom was large and there was a nice long desk for me to work at. There was lots of lighting and the building was super cool and a good mix of historic vintage trendiness with modern renovations. They were fixing up the lobby but I’m sure it will be nice when it’s done. The location was safe and fun, with all of the necessary amenities. It’s a great place to stay if you’re travelling from downtown Toronto because you can take the train from Penn Station. It was a very wonderful boutique experience and I would stay again. You could stay in the King room for a week - especially for one. A good place for women travellers who are looking for safety and comfort. They locked the doors every night.
