"Pros: Friendly, efficient front desk and bell staff, excellent location, comfortable bed, good value for NYC. Clean throughout. Alley-facing room, so no view, but very quiet.
Cons: Standard room typical Manhattan small, but not extremely so. Bathroom, however is awkwardly small with no counter space or useable shelf for toiletries. Unnecessarily unfriendly security staff.
Would certainly stay again if seeing an event at Lincoln Center. What a joy to just cross the street before and after a show. Several good restaurants in the area (e.g. The Smith)"
