"The room was a little outdated and small for a family suite. It had only 1 bathroom to accommodate 4 kids and 2 adults. For a suite I believe we should have had at least a half bath as well. The view was crappy, had a corner suite that was adjacent to a brick wall.
The staff was excellent and the location was amazing. Thats the only reason I gave 4 stars for location and staff or else it would have been a 2. "
"Hotel is under construction. Lot of banging in the morning. Also killed a roach in the bathroom may just be a NYC thing cause the room was pretty clean. Exchange some words with a employee, spoke with management who said he would address the issue"
"Excellent location, clean rooms, pleasant staff, decent breakfast choices, and comfortable beds and pillows. The only thing that was challenging at times was waiting for elevators. "
