Top New York Hotel Reviews

Park Central Hotel New York
10/10 Excellent
"Room was very clean and bed very comfy. WiFi was easy to connect to, and great proximity to everything!"

The Shelburne Sonesta New York
10/10 Excellent
"This was definitely one of the better hotels in which I’ve stayed in NYC. Large rooms, friendly staff, respectful guests and the rooftop is fantastic."

Arlo Midtown
10/10 Excellent
"I have stayed at the Arlo Midtown several times and it never disappoints. Located just a few blocks from Penn Station makes this the perfect home base for a few days in NYC. The breakfast in the restaurant was a nice add from my last stay here. My only complaint would be the slamming room doors, otherwise a perfect stay!"

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent Stay! Staff very friendly and helpful. The elevators seem more responsive to the card (to reach your flood). The room was excellent with terrific housekeeping. Bag storage superb. Outside assistance with taxi to airport also superb."

Hampton Inn New York Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"Clean room

Hotel Edison Times Square
2/10 Terrible
"AWFUL experience overall. We arrived for check-in at midnight and the reception staff was extremely hostile. Any basic information had to be dragged out through questions, and the overall attitude felt very unwelcoming.
One very important detail: the hotel charges $8 for every Amazon package received, which is NOT mentioned anywhere in their description. On top of that, the package pickup process is TERRIBLE — you have to wait in the same huge check-in line just to collect packages you already paid for at "available hours". We had 24 packages and ended up paying an ABSURD amount. It honestly felt exploitative and wasted hours of our trip, adding the stress on our moods. Some packages were marked as received but were lost somewhere in the hotel, so more waiting time and stress.
What made this EVEN WORSE was how outdated and manual their processes were — staff were literally handling package tracking with paper and pencil by hand, which explains the disorganization.
The bathroom had no ventilation/extractor fan, the room was cold, and there was no heating available. So discusting.
I’ve traveled to NYC 4 times before and stayed in other hotels that were better, more professional and better priced. This hotel seemed to charge extra for absolutely everything while offering a much worse experience overall.
Shoutout to the only truly helpful person we encountered there: Pablo from engineering, who kindly provided us with a portable heater.
You suck, as a team and as a hotel."

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
2/10 Terrible
"Stay far away from this hotel. They gave me a room where the bathroom was so small that I had to straddle the sink to use the toilet. Also, no matter when I returned back to the hotel, there was always a long line for the 3 elevators that operated at a snales pace. The only thing it has for it is the location but there are many hotels in the area., Stay in one of them."

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
8/10 Good
"Handy location"

Hyatt Grand Central New York
8/10 Good
"Initial impression was lovely, well situated hotel. However upon entering the room, there were 2 fridges, one of which was broken and just left in middle of beds; the desk chair was also broken; very few towels for 2 people and closet mirror was filthy with finger prints all over as well as loads of surface dust. Highlighted to reception; more towels put in room plus new chair but original chair and fridge NOT removed. Also found spelling bee ticket from 3 weeks ago and other litter between chair when packing to check out. Am still awaiting response from hotel manager."
