"We walked round in circles in pouring rain looking for this property. It’s quite difficult to find. When we eventually stumbled upon it we found the service friendly and helpful. There’s no heating in the rooms and we were cold and wet so we were offered an electric blanket, which did make a difference. There was no shampoo provided but more importantly there was no soap! "

"The scenery from the property in general and its roof top is second to none. The view of the temple and the beach is amazing. The hotel is at a great location, after visiting the shops in the alley, it ends with the hotel location. Lots of steps as expected in Jiufen but is worth it. "Room was as per pics. Quite good condition in the room, esp bathroom. Even has a tub! However breakfast was cold and very limited. We stayed 3D2N and arrived late for check in, so reception was extremely rude to our driver and brisk with us. Breakfast staff was trying but the food really was cold and looked miserable. There was a children’s playroom and outdoor communal areas for hanging out so property was not bad. But surrounding areas were abandoned paddy fields if u want convenience stores....
