"The hotel was a little bit hard to find at first especially now that the MRT station is under construction. It took us a few minutes but we managed to find it eventually after much searching. Hotel address did not reflect the street name and this was part of the problem. Google maps wasn't much help either. "I quite love this hotel actually. However, there are some concerns that i would like to recommend. Hotel should do more clean because i found hair on the floor and dust on the fridge. "The front desk staff was exceptional: polite, helpful, and very accommodating. We arrived at 6:30am flying all night from Los Angeles and didn't get good sleep on the plane. We asked if we could pay extra to check in early, even though there was no room available at that time, they tried and moved things around and was able to get us checked in at 9am with just a small early check in fee. We had our much needed rest in the hotel before heading out in the afternoon. I especially wanted to call out Carmen and her staff in helping us."
