"A great location direct access to subway system without going outside the building especially during summer heat. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty convenient stores and food offerings within walking distance. The only downside is that the room carpet is not as clean as I hoped for. "

Very centrally located and convenient. That said, it can be slightly noisy which may depend on where the room is as the hotel is located on a busy street. I still slept fine. "Great service from housekeeping to front desk. I have two issues. One is the bed is not that comfortable. Felt the springs from the mattress. Second, even though the room descriptions had the same square footage, many of the rooms on one side of the building have a small balcony. The rooms on the other side of the building have no balcony. So the rooms with balcony have noticably smaller usable space."
