Friendly and helpful staff. They allowed us to store our luggage at their lobby, which is 24 hours staffed, while we traveled to Yilan for the weekend. I accidentally left my tennis ball in the room and they kept it for me until I came back for my luggage. They have a water break room with snacks and coffee machine. Also free onsite laundry room. The hotel room is very small but their setup made the stay very comfortable and convenient. Certainly is a place I will go back again.

All staff wonderful, cleaning staff, handyman and reception staff all very pleasant and helpful. Wonderful to have free laundry facilities with detergent provided. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and it was the only place I stayed on my two week trip to Taiwan where the room did NOT smell musty. It was clean and safe feeling. The window essentially had no view but its existence no doubt help prevent the room from being musty.

Had a great 5 night stay in an Elite Room. Although it was smaller than expected, it was spotless every day, and the staff went above and beyond! They wrote hand written notes with recommendations on where to go and were so helpful with every question I had. The location is great, only a block and a half from Taipei Main Station and the MRT. There was tons of food and shopping options around the hotel too.
