"The front desk and lobby staff were very friendly, professional and helpful although Mandarin is not my first language. They were always on hand to provide assistance readily and answer my inquiries. The rooms were also very well-cleaned and the cleaning staff also greet guests with a cheerful disposition. The only downside perhaps was I felt the indoor bath temperature was a bit too hot for me."

But other than that, no complaints. My family and I had two meals here and enjoyed both. Only thing that would make it more convenient, would be if there was a convenient store downstairs. "AI recommend this new hotel, it is indeed top rated hotel in Taipei. Location is excellent, easy connect to trains, buses, resturants, shopping centers and pharmcy, grocery stores. Room is clean, staff are very nice and helpful. Definetly will come back next time. If you are like me very picky about bed then you won't find anyting to complain about this hotel. I also recommond to book the room with tub. After a long day walk it's so much better to relax and recharge. "
