"Follow-up to my Check In Review: Room Safe failed to open the first early morning because the battery cover located inside safe (taped on) came loose and lost power to display and to operate. Morning hotel staff and security showed little interest and competence in opening the safe. Out of frustration and many attempts to open it, the display returned and I was able to open the safe. The Hotel Manager sought me out the evening of the following day and had the room safe replaced. The bidet wash functions didn't seem to work; by trial we found that if you use seat covers, it could block and disable occupancy sensor on the unit. Room seemed tired. "

"Bedroom area is large, but bathroom is small. All the furnishing are dated and worn. Windows are not sound proofed so lot of street noise enters the room. A honking truck or loud motorcycle would wake me up. Many other hotels at the same price, have newer facilities, better decor, nicer bathrooms. "

"Interesting though confusing place. Rooms are big and comfy and hotel locations’ good. But it’s very dark in there - lobby, breakfast room, amenities: no windows whatsoever. Rooms do have windows but there is like 15 different switches to turn on and off the lights and that’s still did not allow me to turn off an armoire (?) or a spot in the bathroom window. When you do turn them off, they turn on by themselves a bit later. I guess you want to have the staff explain that to you or just remove the main card to power the whole room off. So it’s an experience, in any case. Not bad but still different 😆"
