"I love this hotel! It's the second time I've stayed there. The rooms are gorgeous, location is excellent, rooftop swimming pool is so special - it's a classic, elegant property. There are a few touches that could use modernizing - ie key cards instead of keys - and the lobby can be crowded due to the many events hosted at the hotel. That said - I love this hotel and would stay there any time I am in Taipei. "

"The only weakness during my stay was the hard plastic curtain shower so the bathroom floor became flooded and needed 4 towels to mop up. Maybe consider a glass shield rather than a curtain?"

"It is at a great location, easy walking to the subway station. There are lots of small restaurants around. The room Is clean and quiet. They provide water fountain and self-laundry service. Even in the laundry room, you are able to watch TV to wait it done. Also the best part is the free breakfast. The food is fresh and delicious. Recommend!!"

"The hotel was located in an area that was very easy to get to the mass transit. 2 train lines within in walking distance. The breakfast has an array of items to choose from. I did have to ask that the bacon be cooked more thoroughly and they had no problem accommodating my request. The doorman was always ready to offer an umbrella to take with you if there was rain in the forecast. That was a very pleasant surprise. The fitness center was another plus for this hotel, especially after that breakfast. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to family, friends, and colleagues. "
