They were always on hand to provide assistance readily and answer my inquiries. The rooms were also very well-cleaned and the cleaning staff also greet guests with a cheerful disposition. "My wife and I enjoyed out eight-night stay at Landis. Staff were all extremely attentive, courteous, and helpful, including the cleaning staff, who checked daily (sometimes twice a day) if we needed anything. Check-in was quick and efficient, and a porter brought our luggage to the room. We had a pleasant stay and would consider booking again. There is an elegant Chinese restaurant on the lower lever of the hotel with some nice decorations, and the head waiter assisted us in choosing several entrees as we were not familiar with much of what was on the menu. Breakfast is served daily on the lobby level in what during the day is a French restaurant. "

"This hotel is definitely underrated. It is at least a four or 4 1/2 star. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and quiet and very up-to-date. The staff is helpful and the location is excellent directly across from the train station the Shillin market a short walk away. So many food options to choose from. Even a bar almost next door. "
