Staff were friendly, but a bit checked out. Could definitely use a deep cleaning as they smell like a locker room. Bathrooms were reasonably clean. "

"Lovely hostel in a great location -- especially enjoyed the curtained beds which made sleeping easy and great breakfast! Generally good cleanliness, although did see a cockroach in the hallway one evening. Also, the rooms did get really hot in the evening and it was hard to bring the temperature down, but if you don't mind a toasty room it wasn't too bad. "

"Very nice, clean, quiet hostel. Staff really easy and friendly. Bit removed from the action but there’s a bus stop probably 20 meters from the hostel so not a big deal. Great place "

"I can’t open the window, it is suffocating. And the ventilation isn’t that good. Use room spray for better smell in the room whenever the guests are entering. Thanks."

"The location is excellent. It's close by to the light rail station and bus stop. It's also close to the beach! Plenty of dining option nearby. The facilities are also great. I especially like the lounge area. Most importantly, I feel safe staying there as a solo female traveller. Feedback: The pillow case and the blanket in my single room has stains on them. "
