"Two things, first there was foyer construction not mentioned. Second, I had a double bed room reserved, they said they were upgrading me to a suite. They did upgrade me to a bigger room but it had a King bed and pull out coach bed. This is not an upgrade to me, they just moved me to less desired room by most guests."
