"After confirmation of booking from website, hotel called and said they are overbooked and cannot be accommodate us. They denied any help. Even on that the hotel representative who was calling said us to cancel it from my side and stopped taking up my call. Overall a very bad experience."

Every member of their staff has their own version of information so it depends on your luck if you get the services at the least. And do check the amount they have invoiced you at the time of checkout as I said; nobody here is aware of anything so do yourself a favour and check each and everything they have billed you. Won’t recommend at all. "
