The hotel offers stunning views of snow-capped mountains all around, making it a very scenic and peaceful place to stay. The property has a wide range of activities, which makes it a good choice for guests who prefer spending time within the resort itself. However, the location is quite secluded and far from main Manali, which may not be ideal for those looking to explore the town. While we had booked both dinner and breakfast buffets, the food was average and did not meet the expectations one usually associates with ITC properties. The options were limited and the taste was just okay, especially compared to other ITC hotels that we have been at. Overall it was a good experience"
