"A bit confusing what they offer as to what you get. In the descriptions of the hotel Mountain View vs. Riverview don't quite equate, there are mountains everywhere. The restaurant is overpriced and quite possibly some of the worst service around. the wait staff was nice but food service extremely slow. 50 rupees for a water??? "The staff at the hotel is friendly and welcoming. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious with a view of the mountains. Food is good though breakfast is severely limited. I find the hotel is over priced considering their are plenty more hotels in Manali which offer better services and rooms. If you book in advance you will be able to find more price worthy options. "

"The staff was the highlight. The breakfast crew remember every morning that I wanted black coffee, so they ordered as soon as they saw me. They call your room to ask if you want breakfast or dinner room service. I thought it felt like upselling and was annoying. But things were good nonetheless"
