"This is probably the best stay i’ve had, Staff was super nice, really helpful and morning coffee’s were amazing too. I had a few bad experiences while in india with rooms but the rooms here were clean, Best view manali has to offer. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend, only 15 minutes from old manali and Manali, easy commute."

"Great property with great room. We took a premium room for 3 days and the hotel was kind enough to shift our booking date free of cost without any questions asked even beyond the allowed date. They have excellent dining and breakfast in the hotel on property. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and the view is excellent. The location is also convenient with old and new manali mall roads just few minutes walk away. Overall an excellent stay."

"Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. But properly requires major renovation. There was no cleaning done for the rooms during stay die to lack of staff."

"Hotel is very nice. It has good location and great views. It has place to sit or walk around with scenery all around. Staff is excellent. Food is good although a bit expensive. The water is hot but have to keep taps open for cold water to drain and this causes wastage of water. The hotel rooms are good and spacious. There are nice places eg. Poolside and in park facing mountains- to sit with family and eat food. "

"Exceptional stay at Bookmark Resort, Manali We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bookmark Resort, Manali. From the very beginning, the staff stood out with their warmth and professionalism. They proactively called us to guide us to the hotel, and throughout our stay every staff member was just one call away, always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect close to Mall Road and ideal for exploring Old Manali. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by an extra day....

"The rooms are not heated so dress warm. The blankets provided were very warm.That helped .Arrived late and the property was a little difficult to find. The walls are thin and can hear people in next room well. Besides these things we had a good overall visit."

The views from the property was just breathtaking as it had started snowing just a day before I reached Manali. Will visit again and stay longer next time.
