"Worst hotel ever! Paid 6K for deluxe room which isn’t spacious enough even for 2 people. Every member of their staff has their own version of information so it depends on your luck if you get the services at the least. And do check the amount they have invoiced you at the time of checkout as I said; nobody here is aware of anything so do yourself a favour and check each and everything they have billed you. Won’t recommend at all. "

"We had a great stay in this hotel in Manali. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was very comfortable and the meals were very good. Our overseas credit cards wouldn’t work so they allowed us to check in and stay the first night until we could locate an ATM to be able to pay in cash. We felt very safe in the area "

"After confirmation of booking from website, hotel called and said they are overbooked and cannot be accommodate us. They denied any help. Even on that the hotel representative who was calling said us to cancel it from my side and stopped taking up my call. Overall a very bad experience."
