"We reach to hotel at around 12 night.they don't have room.they arrange nearby other hotel.next day they bring back us.this made headache for us.they give room at 3rd floor.but thare was no lift.over all. "Ideally located, Still potential to improve with amenities.The hotel should maintain the fitness center. Wifi is very weak. Portable room heating had to be requested when in need. No automatic room heating through with air handling unit functional. "Hotel staff difficult to communicate with , food was average ( actually made us sick) , rooms weren't serviced even once during our 4 day stay .
