"Couldnโt fault a thing about The Rees! The accomodation was fantastic as was the staff and food. The shuttle bus that takes you into the heart of Queenstown was really handy as well. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit."

"Incredible stay. Amazing staff, great views and facilities. The cottage was worth every penny. Thoroughly enjoyed the daily wine and cheese board and the breakfast was a stand out. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat."

Beautiful, cosy but large resort. Had a great stay as the staff are super friendly and the facilities are great. The only thing that annoyed me was that they add a 7 NZD charge to each room service delivery! Besides that, a great stay and I would definitely go there again!

We loved everything apart from we never met any of the owners or staff. When we arrived, a note told us which apartment we were in & the key was in the door. No one checked to verify who we were throughout the whole weekend & no one bothered to check us out- we had to just leave the key in the door. Other minor point- we didn't like the wooden slats which let lots of light in compared to curtains.

We stayed in the Rees for our last 2 nights in NZ, after a 3-week holiday touring the country, and enjoyed our time there.
This was the only 5-star hotel we visited in during the holiday, and the lake view room was fantastic with good views from the balcony. Room and facilities was excellent, all staff (from reception to house keeping) very attentive and welcoming.
The restaurant has received excellent reviews but I was surprised it was not larger or more lively. I think that many guests...

We had the most wonderful stay at Azur. The lodge was perfect in every way with dramatic views of the lake. The staff were all fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. I would highly recommend Azur Lodge to anyone looking for a peaceful luxury stay in Queenstown.

Ideally situated as only a five minute walk to the centre but yet in a quiet area. Very comfortable with friendly owners who genuinely want you to enjoy your stay with them, and in Queenstown. A perfect place to stay.

The room we had was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we required. The shower was very good and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding grounds were very nice to walk around.

A slight mix up on arrival, but Roy the owner was charming and sorted everything out. Spacious apartment with very good shower, quiet and convenient for Arrowtown and Queenstown

Great staff, excellent location. Had a few difficulties with room which were resolved by the attentive staff. Only negative was the limited breakfast menu which had very few of the standard breakfast items (cereals, eggs, bacon, sausages).

Experience Nevis with a stop at Akarua, Lake Te Kลhua and Carrick. If you have a bit of extra time while youโre in the area, you might want to check out Gibbston Valley Wines and Gibbston Valley Winery.
What can I expect from a hotel with a hot tub in Nevis?
Excellent question! Nevis accommodations featuring hot tubs come in all shapes and sizes, from large resorts to unique apartments and bed and breakfasts. Some hotels feature full-service spas with hot tubs, among other services, and other hotels simply have hot tubs on site. You can even book guest rooms with private hot tubs for the perfect hot tub experience.
