Beautiful, cosy but large resort. Had a great stay as the staff are super friendly and the facilities are great. The only thing that annoyed me was that they add a 7 NZD charge to each room service delivery! Besides that, a great stay and I would definitely go there again!

we really enjoyed this trip, jack and his crew were absolutely fantastic and the food was so so good (thank you Chris!). we saw penguins and seals and the hot tub was brilliant at night listening to the owls and birds. due to the rainfall during the night the waterfalls were absolutely epic the best we've ever seen. the cabin was clean and the beds super comfy so we got a great nights sleep. we got the tender out which was great and everyone enjoyed the kayaking and swimming. the whole trip was...

A very luxurious hotel with large rooms and a private spa with hot tub which we enjoyed. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were lovely and the dinner was delicious and great value.

Very nice property and helpful staff at check in. The bed was very comfortable and the property was very clean. small issues, the toilet was constantly running and it would have been nice to have beer glasses.

Very pleasant check in and the room was spacious and very clean. The view of the lake was amazing and the chairs on the balcony were very comfortable so great to sit and enjoy it. Good kitchen area and fridge with milk was a nice touch. Easy 20 min walk into town. Would definitely book again. Thank you.

We stayed in the Rees for our last 2 nights in NZ, after a 3-week holiday touring the country, and enjoyed our time there. This was the only 5-star hotel we visited in during the holiday, and the lake view room was fantastic with good views from the balcony.
