"We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and assisted in check in process by Sejal. We were explained clearly all included services and meals. Our bags were efficiently delivered to the room. Room was spacious, with amenities that we liked. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Restaurant food was tasty and there were ample choices. We have stayed here before, and we keep returning!"

"Ate food at the Thai restaurant and the Pad Kha soup was expensive and unappetizing. It was full of lemon grass stalks and galagan root. I got both in every bite. When I pointed it out, they said this is how it is supposed to be. I’ve had the soup many times before at various places but never this bad. At the end of my not so good meal, they wouldn’t let me charge it to my room. They had to send someone with me to my room to collect the payment. Since when did this rule start?"

"I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn at IGI airport and I want to especially highlight the exceptional service provided by Mr. Nawab. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and always eager to assist. I truly appreciate the efforts of hospital staff to make my stay memorable. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The overall service from the staff was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thanks to Nawab and the entire team, I look forward to visiting again in the future!"
