"The room was very small and dirty. Full of cigarette cans, requested to clean the room multiple times no one responded. Full of mosquitoes. No water in the tap in the sink. My room was in 4 th floor and the lift is not in service, ac was set in 16 degrees and no remote was provided even after requesting multiple times. Very pathetic service, pathetic hotel. Don’t recommend this to anyone "

"Pullman proved to be an ideal haven for us to recharge before embarking on a long international flight. Our stay was delightful, with plenty of opportunities to bond as a family within the hotel's comfortable confines, as well as explore the nearby shopping mall for some last-minute retail therapy. The hotel's thoughtful approach to room service was also a highlight, with a menu tailored to alleviate the stresses of jet lag and cater to families' diverse tastes. We're already looking forward to our next stay at Pullman on our future travels to India."
