"When I got there to check in the front desk person must’ve been having a bad day and was not very welcoming. After checking in it took over five minutes for us to get an elevator because only one was operational. Once we got to our floor, it reeked of marijuana. Our room while clean was very outdated and had a musty smell. The Wi-Fi was down the entire stay. I can honestly say this was the first stay in a hotel where I was looking forward to checking out."

"The staff was really non present and not outgoing to talk to. The lobby was not clean and had trash laying around. For a non smoking hotel the whole hotel smelled of smoke. The room was clean enough but the floors had not been deep cleaned and right after the shower walking around my feet were black again and i had to wipe in bed just to be clean to go to sleep. Will not stay here again. "

"Room was very clean so was the bedding and restroom only complaint was the heating and cooling the room never cooled enough to sleep super comfortable and the heat when it was on made the room way to hot totally uncomfortable when I asked about it the staff just said to mess with the thermostat but still room didn’t cool enough "

"The pool was crowded with a TON of kids so we were unable to enjoy ourselves in the hot tub or pool"

"The room smelled of stale smoke, and there were only the very basic amenities (not even a tissue box or more than one facecloth). However the front desk staff were friendly and the location was convenient. The property overall was a little run down, and you could hear planes landing off and on all night. "
