We requested for water which they acknowledged but they never showed up. It is unlikely that we’ll return to this place, "

When we checked in, several things were not working properly: the AC, TV, some appliances, etc. so that we had to endure the workers who were called in to fix them, For a double occupancy room, only one glass (for drinks) and hand towel had bee provided initially.
