This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. Nothing bad to say at all

Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary Hot beverages throughout the day near reception. Kitchenette was handy and fridge was convenient. Downside was bathroom sink was slow to drain and waste hole was so dirty. Was in Leicester for my daughter’s graduation, the bed was very comfortable, my wife snored happily all night. The breakfast was great, it set us up for the day. If I need to stay in Leicester again, I’ll be staying here.

An absolutely lovely stay. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Allanah and she was kind and attentive. She showed us around, before escorting us to our room and answering our questions. Our room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy. The bathtub was deep and sumptuous, the toiletries provided were fresh and felt lovely and the home baked cookies in the room were a nice (and tasty) touch. This is truly a wonderful hotel to stay I've stayed in hundreds of hotels This is in my top 3 to stay in If I'm ever working in Sheffield area again. One of the nicest apartment blocks with the most facilities I've ever seen-- games room, music room, library, gym, sauna, rooftop lounge, pool table, work spaces, golf simulator, the list goes on! Great digs if you're working at the Hippodrome.

I really enjoyed my stay here

The hotel is in a walking distance from the railway station. The area is good and convenient to go out to find a dinner. The pub in the hotel is nice as well. And, surprisingly, the hotel provide a free drink when aware that it was my birth month. Thank you very much!

AC Marriott is in a great location surrounded by restaurants and bars. Mailbox parking available and once parked you can walk alongside the canal and stop for a refreshment or walk into the city centre. We went to the Alexander theatre which was a 10min walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They seemed pleased to help which is refreshing. The room was clean and absolutely fine for one night or a weekend with a TV, mini fridge and coffee/tea...

An excellent hotel! Very friendly and helpful staffs especially the young man who can speak Cantonese, he gave us some tips for traveling in Birmingham which is very useful! Cleanliness room having all things we needed; good location with a walking distance to town center and lovely delicious breakfast! Will definitely come back again when we needed.
