Really pleased with all aspects of our stay the only problem really was that from 5 pm to midnight on every evening of our stay in mid January the adjacent temple spoilt our peace with outrageous over amplified chanting that the hotel could not control. We were told that this is only a problem at this time of the year.

The standard was amazing however they have spoilt us for our trip as now they have set the standard so high, no other hotel can match it and we keep getting disappointed. I wish they had a hotel like this in every city we are staying in Thailand, nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff make the hotel atmosphere

Great modern hotel. A bit of an oasis of calm in busy Phuket. Excellent sports facilities, great Muay Thai trainers in particular. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast.

We booked this hotel to spend time relaxing after a hectic 2 weeks travelling in Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotel did not fail to impress us and ensured we had an amazing 5 days here. The hotel is very nice and clean, and well located in Patpong. Breakfast is varied fresh and delicious, all employees are very nice welcoming and helpful!! Every request is immediately responded. The pool on the roof is very nice and cool. We also had dinner at the restaurant. There’s also a bar restaurant with live music which is really nice!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic location with lots to do in the resort and facilities to go explore the rest of the island. The resort is absolutely huge with 5 pools, 5 restaurants and a few bars. It is located on Kata Noi beach which is a bit isolated meaning most of the visitors to the beach will be from the resort and so it was comparatively quiet on the beach. Close vicinity to the Nai Harn Beach with hourly shuttle to the beach. Rooms are clean and bright. Staff always happy and smiling. Over 06 swimming pools never had problem to find pool chairs. Swim up bar serving various drinks. Excellent options in Breakfast buffet.

All things are close by, all coffee shops and shopping centers, everything was excellent, but the breakfast needs to be improved. It would be better to keep it for all nationalities.

Wonderful hotel. I went there as a last option because all the good hotels at Pathong were occupied; however, it was the best thing that could happen to me. This is the best beach in Phuket. The beach is at 7 minutes walking from the hotel but almost none hotel have beach inside the hotel. Thus it is not a problem. Staff are excellent friendly and so helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable and breakfasts cater for all European and Asian and delicious. Plenty to do at the hotel too

Excellent service and staff, quiet hotel away from the busy city centre. Several places to eat serving fresh and tasty food.

Recently returned after spending 9 nights in this hotel. Very great and friendly staff also the conditions are amazing. Free shuttle to market and Phuket town arranged by the hotel also to different beach. Great private beach whatever you need to make the most of it till 3 pm around, no water then till like 7pm. Plenty restaurants and different places to eat just down the road, 5-10 minutes walk. The only down side is the food prices within hotel, European prices more like here in London....
