"Overall, we had a nice stay. The room and the bathroom were huge and were cleaned regularly. The AC however, didn't work very well, especially during nighttime (our friends who were staying on the same floor, but in a different unit had the same issue). We could not get the temperature below +22 C on some of the nights, so getting good sleep was not always easy. The food was fine overall, however, we expected more variety of fish and seafood at the main restaurant. It was difficult to get a reservation at certain a la carte restaurants (I was determined and came to relations desk 3 times during the stay, so I got mine) - you can make it for only 3 days in advance. Then some of them are not as good as expected and service feels rushed (we had such experience at Mangal and Brazilian). Asian and Turkish were amazing - both food and service. Coffee was delicious (I drink black, my husband and in-laws - latte), especially across the street from the beach bar's entrance. Entertainment was great. Hardworking and talented! I know, it's not the warmest season (mid-Feb), so water in all the pools was ice cold, except one heated pool in front of the reception building, so everyone tended to stay there, so getting a vacant spot was not always easy. Service was overall good, we haven't noticed any special treatment after tipping staff however :)) "

"The hotel itself is stunning and very picturesque. The property is beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels luxurious. The hotel is also very clean, and the staff are polite and welcoming. However, the vegetarian options are extremely limited. The only choices available were grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, and rice. There was a pasta station, but for an all-inclusive resort, you would expect a much wider variety of vegetarian dishes. Communication was also challenging at times. Many staff members struggled to understand English and often relied on AI to communicate. Even something as simple as requesting a cup of oat milk became unnecessarily difficult. Overall, the hotel is visually impressive with great servic, but the limited vegetarian options and communication barriers made the experience less seamless than expected. "

"I stayed at Cleopatra Adult only resort for five nights . Room: My room on arrival was dirty and had mould all over the bathroom. It looked unwashed and unkept. I was disgusted. The toilet was also unwashed and had dirt black stain inside the WC. I had to use the restaurant toilet. I requested for a room change. I was taken to a room on the 6th block which smelled like a pit latrine. The next day I was given another room which still had mould but was not as much as the other. The bathroom walls had blacks stains and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The room it self was okay, a good sized double bed and enough wardrobe space. Food : The food was a 7/10. The only drawback was we had only three fruit options for six days which was quite upsetting. Activities: The hotel is very boring. They barely had any activities planned throughout my stay. There was only a foam pool party on Valentine’s Day and that was it. The open space for night games wasn’t used once till I left. Drinks: The fruit juice was crap. Highly diluted with water….. water was better than that. Alcohol wasn’t original, as they didn’t taste as they should. Staff: Most were quite respectful but some were very defensive when asked questions while others kept asking “ when are you leaving?” which I found quite ridiculous. Overall, I believe this hotel should pass as a 3star hotel at most as it doesn’t meet the standards of a five star hotel in my books. The hotel needs serious renovation."

"Rooms were clean and well looked after. Service was excellent in every part of the hotel which was lovely. Hotel well laid out, the ground were well looked after. Some food good. Negative points, drinks, veeery limited, no wine, many bars ran out of beer, only full sugar soft drinks. Showers were not hot at all. Good ok, best food in Mexican and the above restaurant."

"Staff are very nice, kind, and welcoming. Room cleanliness and quality should be better they told us that this place will be upgraded. We had 2 issues in the beginning but the very helpful staff solved them for us. Our room reservation was sea view but the sea view is not a sea view in reality. First we had a room that was next to the theater which was extremely noisy and we didn’t see the sea at all. Then they changed the room to a beach front which made a huge difference. Second, one of the main reasons that encouraged me to book this hotel the heated pool but first, I was very disappointed because the pool was cold and I asked all the people around me and they all agreed that it was cold. When I complained the staff guide me to another pool that belongs to the same hotel but another building and that was very beautiful and heated. Then, finally we started enjoying our time and everything was excellent. One last thing, I wish if we were guided from the first day of all the facilities that are available in this place, for example we found out on our last night that they have 5 different restaurants not only the main one. I love this place and I recommend it."
