Great Stay, I will be coming back!!

I had the most amazing stay, Better than I could’ve ever Imagined. I stayed on the Pool facing rooms, Daily maintenance, Live Football on the TV and cleaning, Delicious food and drinks and they even went the extra of making me a cake for my birthday. This is a stay I would recommend 100%!!!

Really i loved this place with my family and 2 kids I was impressed for it I loved location, services and staff with a lot of variety of activities and restaurants was amazing with a lot of varieties always impressed me every night i think i will visit it again soon in sharm or other branches related to jaz hotel I have to thanks stuff as below Me. The hotel is great. Food, staff, rooms, cleaning - excellent! Live music every night. There is a sunken ship near the beach, I recommend swimming on it, very exciting. I didn't like alcohol. The bridge was painted on the beach, there was not a pleasant smell and the paint was in the water.

The food in all restaurant was amazing! The services was okey i talked with the managers about the situation when you wanted to eat outside! The birds wasn't nice they were eaten on customer's plait! And the service didint take the dishes away! So thats not nice! Otherwise a very nice place! Hospitality cru! Thanks for everything!

Outstanding Service

Picked the hotel based on amazing online reviews and tell you what, it did not disappoint me. Went there for a family trip…was great. The hotel and facilities were excellent. Food was very good, specially breakfast and dinner…lunch was ok but with all inclusive you have the snack bars serving pizza, burgers, hotdogs and were great. Service was outstanding and the service team was exceptional on all fronts, specifically: - Abdallah Khaled in the reception/front office - Mohamed in room service, and - All the restraint staff. Thanks to everyone for the great hospitality

Dear Jaz Mirabel Team, I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the incredible experience we had during our recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly welcome from your staff. Although there was a mix-up with our room, the check-in process was still smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at ease. A special thanks to Front Office Manager Ali, who promptly resolved the issue and even offered complimentary restaurant invitations as a gesture of goodwill. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and provided all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. I also wanted to highlight the exceptional service provided by one of your team members, Eslam saber, at the restaurant. He made our experience even more memorable, especially for my two boys, who felt welcomed every time they walked in. I wish we could find people like Islam on all our holidays. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable.

Jaz Mirabel is a perfectly adequate Red Sea resort. Considering the extremely good value, I would find it harsh to criticise much. However, the food is average & seems to cater to the majority Eastern European guests. The grounds and beach were nice and you are able to use facilities at all of the Mirabel sister resorts. The staff were all very friendly and hard-working but felt like (as with most of Sharm) that everyone is on the grift for a tip. They were pleasantly surprised that I could use please and thank you in Arabic. The entertainments team did their best and what I saw of the Cuban dance show seemed good but I do not really come to a place like this for huge west end quality shows. Overall it seemed clean, friendly and I would come back for a long weekend at most.

Just came back from and amazing holiday here. I have been her many many times before and can never fault the hotel, bar staff and restaurant staff are amazing couldn’t do enough for you working extremely long hours and always have a smile on their faces, house keeping are very good room was always spotless and made me towel art on the bed with a swan and stuff, even though I was alone. :) entertainment team very good Kirsten and Emma the 2 English girls were so nice and loved to get everyone involved I came here on my own and they always made sure I was ok and Involving me in the activities, you could see when they wasn’t in, jetlee so funny, again, always smiling and happy, bouncing around with so much energy. Evening entertainment like beach party was a fun night and good party, day time they had darts, aqua gym and foam and colours party which I loved and had such a good time dancing and laughing loads. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is coming to sharm el sheikh. can’t wait to come back already. Already looking at dates and prices 😃

I booked this resort to celebrate my birthday and to refresh my scubadiving certification. I have been to Egypt 3 times and stayed in various hotels/resorts. I can say confidently that this is by far the best resort I have stayed in. Not only is this resort beautiful, it includes lots of swimming pools and the sea is easily accessible and shallow in the daytime, unlike in other resorts where the sea cannot be accessed due to the presence of corals and restriction from entering the sea to protect the marine life. The biggest highlight of this resort is its top class hotel staff. If this resort is 5 star it is due to the efficient, highly respectful and tolerant staff. The cleaners, chefs, waiters, reception staff, bar staff went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of and would promptly resolve any issues. The hotel also included a professional photographer which took amazing shots of me and my sister in the resort and on my birthday. The hotel also was gracious enough to make my birthday etra special by treating me in a really nice restaurant with a complimentary birthday cake! Another perk of this hotel is that it contains one of the best Diving schools I have been to. I had my Open Water certificate but had not dived for 10yrs. I took a refresher course an went on to complete the Advanced Diver certification and the instructors were one of the best and most tolerant teachers. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the plug sockets and lamps.

Family holiday.

We stayed in Jaz Mirabel Beach part,which is the best in my opinion as more going on. Loads of activities during day time- yoga ,zumba, pool activities etc.During our stay there was 1 pool party and 2 beach parties. At 9 pm were different shows in amphitheatre. On the terrace every night was life most of it if arabic style - we didn’t rate it. Spa - good spa service with a good massage selection and hammam.Massage cost 50 eur per session - billed to the room.Thai girls are the best! Service in restaurants- there is a butlers at the door in both main restaurant ,but when you walk in you have to walk around to find clean table and most of the times we even weren't offered a drink.Self service drinks only for tea/coffee and fruity water , everything else have to be ordered from the waiter.Very slow table cleaning service.A few times we sat in between 5-6 tables full of food leftovers and non of them were cleaned while we had our dinner -45 minutes - I have timed it! Service in pool cafe - weird ,as one day we sat there about 20 min waiting for a waiter and were told just to go and get food from the bar.Another day when we wanted to take a food from the bar and were rudely told by chef to go and place an order at the table.20 min wait to place an order, waiter told someone else will take a drinks order - and again we left without drinks. Food -needs improvement. If there wouldn't be a BBQ ,I would live just on salads.
