"Room is clean. Staff are friendly overall and eager to help. Food was good but not many options. Beach is great. Only complaint is Omar from the animation team. He was very rude and disrespectful in his communication and was inappropriately “joking” with me even after showing my dissatisfaction with his manner multiple times. "

"The hotel was old and dated. I booked a premium room based on the picture which showed an unobstructed full sea view. When I arrived and opened the door to my assigned room I saw a roof top with solar water heaters. I asked the manager to change my room, which he did, but I should have received the room that I paid for from the beginning. The food was average at best. The furniture in the room was old and dated. However, the dive shop was excellent. Great instructor and you could dive the reef right from the dock."

"Very clean, professionally staffed and managed, exceptional property location and food was a good value. Would give it a 10 star stay, except for the constant cigarette smoke at every part of the property…lobby, restaurants, drifting into rooms, at the beach. Not sure why people are still allowed to smoke anywhere in public, but in Egypt, this is still acceptable 😳"

"Yes the room needs work, not very clean, dusty, hair on sheets, and floors just feel sandy in room. The shower was rusted and clogging. Just the room was bad the rest of the hotel was great. "

"The accommodation is good to use as a base, it could do with a bit of tlc, a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss as would a good clean of the windows. The beds were firm and the bed clothes were clean, the bed in the balcony room had a dip in the middle which could be sorted with a new mattress. We had a shower problem on the 2nd day which we reported to the landlord at 10:00 it was fixed with new parts by 14:30 on the same day so that was good. The bathroom in general could do with an upgrade but it was functional. It is essential to drink bottled water as the water quality is poor but a guy comes round in a pickup selling bottled water frequently. All in all if you aren't expecting too much then the apartment is good value for money. The Sadeki cafe is only 50 metres away and they offer quality snacks and meals at a very reasonable price. "

"Very pleasant hotel, very well located, with extremely friendly and always attentive staff. Most of all thanks to HASSAN for his help and service. They brought me a bottle of water ( everyday ) and a fruit platter. A perfect place, with a private beach, to spend a few relaxing days in Sharm. A huge thank you to ALI at the reception, who helped me a lot and allowed me to use all the attractions after check-out (my flight was late in the evening). Thanks to everyone. "Nice stuff, location is quiet but you need a car or to walk for 10 min to the nearest shop. Room cleanness needs to be enhanced. The garden water spray is noisy at night and you can hear the next room tv and guests "

"Unforgettable memories over there. From check in to check out throughout five star services. The staff ,the managers, Potters also food hall management .The food drinks fruits deserts also come every minute to u and ask if we need anything. They happily allowed us to stay and eat even we checkout. There us a Mosque iside the Resort gor every day pray including Friday pray There r Six extra restaurants including Atalian Turkish Brazilian which is all iin your hotel price.Any time u can take drinks wraps to eat .every 2 minutes there is golf carts running to pick n drop to anywhere inside the resorts.There is also tennis court table tennis swimming pools water slides also snorkeling services. Now i conclude everything was beyond your expectations. I definitely 💯percent will recommend in Sharm el sheikh. Superb "
