"Amazing staff, amazing holiday. Can honestly say that was the best holiday my children have ever been on. Staff were super friendly , Ahmed the concierge supervisor was awesome , Abdul kept our room at royal standards throughout , too many lovely staff to mention them all. Cant wait to come back and the primcesses loved every second. Thankyou all for making pit such a womderful holiday, couldnt have done it without you all. 💫💫💫💫💫 Its a 5 star yes from us !! "The room looked a bit old and run down. There was something on the base of our bed that looked like old blood or sweat, not sure which. But definitely gross. Most people were helpful, but some were pushy. The day trips were low quality for the price they charged. It lists this as a five star resort, but maybe that's the best quality in Egypt. Not sure. It would probably just rank three stars in a developed country. The food was good, but we still ended up with "mummy tummy" from something (maybe bad water, or something in the food). I woudn't go back to this place."

The pool area was relaxing and well maintained, and the spa services were a nice bonus after a long day. Check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the property felt calm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay."
