"It’s a very nice location and good resort. I was surprised that the women staff are not allowed to wear hijab with their own free will. Please work on letting them choose their options for hijab. The Indian restaurant was not great the buffet was amazing."

"We had selected “Mountain View” that we are on the first floor could only see the building next to us. It was a bit loud at times. Overall, the room was good and the people were helpful. Right on the water. "

"The hotel is in the middle if Naama Bay but it was very quiet and peaceful inside. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The front reception manager said if I didn’t mind waiting 20minutes I could have a poolside room. While I waited the staff brought me a welcome drink of fresh Hibiscus juice. The amenities were explained for well. I preordered my breakfast the night before from one of several set but flexible menus. It was delicious! The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were a good size. The sun loungers were comfortable and everything was very clean. The hotel has an Italian restaurant and an ice-cream parlour - and you get 10% off when you add anything you eat to your room bill. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it! Thank you to the staff :)"

"Had a room with sea and pool view. Tidy, clean with comfortable big bed. Stairs were not bad at all, of course it depends on your phisical health, but for my age 45 it was an easy task. Had breakfast only, which was ok, just the sweet pastries were not very fresh, though the sponge cakes was always soft. No ketle in room, brought my own water heater."

"I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. The front desk made a big deal about not allowing guests even though I offered to pay extra. The manager finally agreed to allow her to come to the room but made it clear that she couldn't eat or drink anything. I wouldn't stay here again as there are plenty of other options in the areal."
