Right in the centre of Naama Bay Where all the shopping is. Next door to Buddha Bar. Very large resort. We had Seaview room on 5th floor. Room was large and clean. Downside to room was the shower could be better and need more cupboards as the room was wasted with dead space. And need a tall mirror. Food area was hectic at busy times. Food' was OK. Found it repetitive. Had a massage and Hammann. The place could do with a upgrade. Not very appealing. Still was worth the price. Last there was very nice. Gym was tiny. Not worth it. Had pedicure and facial. Need it to be better. Not worth it. Pool area very nice. Grounds and staff very good. Late checkout needs to improve by letting customers know earlier by helping Not being stressed on the day they have to leave by only offering on the morning they are leaving if they can have it. Overall I would stay here again but certain things improving.

The location was great. But the rooms were basic but cleans. Showers were not in great condition. and was really disappointed with the dining selection of food and drinks. Also the all inclusive availability throughout the day is very poor for food,snacks and drinks

Location is great, staff brilliant, hotel crap

Hotels location is brilliant. Staff from management level to cleaners all spot on. Food is very minimum with just a handful of dishes. They charge to use sauna and steam. Gym is free but items hardly working. Late night snack was embarrassing with just chips and bread serving. They also charge for drinks at some bars despite being fully inclusive.

The hotel grounds and pools are lovely. The staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are roomy with a large balcony overlooking a pool area, beds are comfortable and rooms are clean but a bit dated, The all inclusive is not worth it, drinks choice is awful and wine is only served with meals, only red and white no rose ! Food is okay but bland and caters more for Russian guests , better at the Grill where we had lunch every day, the main restaurant is hectic and not as nice, we mostly had dinner out of the hotel but the Bhorat and the Blue Dome are lovely and you get a discount if you are a guest at the hotel, This could be a gem of a hotel if they got the all Inclusive aspect right, better selection of drinks and cocktails, beach party that is included instead of wanting to charge you $6 for a bbq and ‘free alcohol’ when you have paid for AI The hotel is perfectly situated right in Naama Bay near everything and directly across from the Hard Rock Cafe and Soho Square, bars and shops

Çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı oldular aynı zamanda güleryüzlüydü tüm çalışanlar.Otel odaları eski çok yeni odalar beklemeyin. Yataklar rahattı.Denize sıfır değil otelden çıkıp yaklaşık 4 dk yürüyorsunuz.otel temizliği iyiydi. Kahvaltı beklentimi hiç karşılamadı.

Non è un 5 stelle per gli standard europei, ma tutto sommato fa il suo. La struttura è vecchiotta e lo si nota soprattutto nel bagno. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Il personale non è stato molto gentile nell’accoglienza e abbiamo notato che criticava anche quanto davamo di mancia. Avevamo all inclusive e la cucina non è stata male, ripetitiva, ma tipico dei resort. Abbiamo apprezzato un angolo in cui lo chef cucinava sul momento carne e pesce. La spiaggia dell’hotel minuscola e assediata sin dal mattino presto, impraticabile. Naama Bay come zona servitissima e praticabile senza problemi la sera. Siamo stati a Febbraio e come clima per la zona si stava benissimo.

Das Frühstück war gut und vielfältig. Es gibt frisches Omelett und Eierstation. Allerdings wiederholt sich das Frühstück jeden Tag. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Der Blick war aber eingeschränkt.
