"Do not stay here. Dirty. Loud. Band every night. Pool dirty. Room dirty. Not cleaned. Cigarettes ashes, food still on surfaces. Only one baggage cart for whole hotel. No one could help us get luggage to or from room. Took us multiple trips on the 14 floor. People before us at counter had holes in the walls, bugs and it was not cleaned like our room. Stay away!"
