"Staff do not clean or empty trash daily. TV in primary bedroom did not work. Never got the 2 extra blankets we asked for. Last night someone was demanding entry into our door, banging and cursing. We called the front desk but never saw security. Scared us terribly. Our first stay in May 2026 was much more enjoyable."

The Breakers Resort

8/10 Good
"The property was nice for the price. Itโ€™s an old hotel that was renovated with a decent budget. We stayed in room 412 at the Sailfish Tower Bad: I donโ€™t like that the ac units were by the windows and right be side the beds. The floors were cleaned before we got there and upon checking into the room they were still wet. Some of the water absorbed into the spacing between the vinyl and if you walked on those areas water would come through. When you turned the AC off it started to smell mildewy. A few of the pillow cases had rust spots on them. The bathroom towels were not a great quality (really thin). Good: Location! Great views of the beach and proximity to a ton of amenities. Starbucks, Ben and Jerryโ€™s and plenty of restaurants. The kitchen was nice and clean with good appliances. The bathroom setup was nice too. The staff was extremely welcoming too. The pools were really nice too."
