The staff checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was greeted going out and coming in. I was asked what would I like for breakfast the next morning. "Nice clean room, good security protocols. I wish the transfer team had called out that the people with the baggage trolleys were not affiliated with the hotel and were expecting to be paid separately - but also on us for not understanding the culture, so no deduction in rating! Great hotel for overnight transfer flights as it is very close to the airport."
