Very courteous and attentive staff. Breakfast was awesome. Club lounge happy hour was great. Airport shuttle was on time with a nice van. New Year’s Eve party was great! Near the beach. Good restaurants (especially Sampan!). Room was clean, neat, with a nice view. Not far from the airport. Definitely recommend the Novotel to anyone visiting Mumbai for wedding shopping trips, leisure, or anything else.

Had requested a crib, which was delivered two days later after multiple reminders. The crib was very old& dirty, felt like it was falling apart & pulled from some attic. Novotel was famous for its huge magnificent breakfast menu.. but post covid this was my 2nd stay at Novotel and they are still limited on their breakfast menu. The taste has also gone downhill. Other than this, the service is excellent and no other complaints or suggestions as everything else was perfect !
